Guest Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know in writing by email as soon as possible.
Refunds are issued according to the notice given before your scheduled arrival date:
- Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: No refund.
- Between 7 and 14 days before arrival: 50% refund.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Full refund of all amounts paid.
